What Is the " Trusted Agentforce 360 Architecture " - and Why Should You Care? If you've been following Salesforce lately, you've probably heard the term Agentforce everywhere. But what exactly is it, and what does this architecture diagram actually mean for your business? The diagram is organized into 5 horizontal layers , each representing a different "job" the platform does. On the right side, you'll see how your own existing tools and data plug into each layer.
